Our Financial Foundations Workshop: Women’s Edition is designed for women who are looking to develop their financial skills, become better business owners and meet like-minded women with the same objectives/challenges!
The workshop allows you to take time out from the day-to-day activities IN the business to focus ON your business.
- Accounting 101 (software + including understanding financial reporting)
- Understanding of tax
- How to manage Cashflow KPIs, targets and margins (how you use reporting to monitor profitability)
- Efficiencies in business (org structure, goal setting and planning)
Facilitated by Mona Cullen and Jenny Gaskell, our Financial Foundations Workshop is a one-day workshop which runs from 9am-3pm on Thursday, the 17th of July, with morning tea & lunch provided!
