Our LeadHERship Workshop: Financial Foundations is designed for women who are running small to medium-sized businesses and are looking to grow and strengthen their financial capability to take that next step in their business journey. If you’re looking to develop your financial skills, become a better business owner, and meet like-minded women with the same objectives/challenges, this day is for you!
The workshop allows you to take time out from the day-to-day activities IN the business to focus ON your business.
- Accounting 101 (software + including understanding financial reporting)
- Understanding of tax
- How to manage Cashflow KPIs, targets and margins (how you use reporting to monitor profitability)
- Efficiencies in business (org structure, goal setting and planning)
Facilitated by Lisa Berejoni and Jenny Gaskell, our LeadHERship Workshop is a one-day workshop which runs from 9am-3pm on Wednesday, the 16th of August, with morning tea & lunch provided!
