We're calling all women in their first 5 years of business, who want to take their financial knowledge to new heights!
Our LeadHERship workshop is designed for women who are looking to develop their financial skills, become better business owners and meet likeminded women with the same objectives/challenges!
The workshops allow you to take time out from the day to day activities IN the business to focus ON your business

- Accounting 101 (Xero + financial reporting)
- Understanding of tax
- How to manage Cashflow KPIs, targets and margins (how you use reporting to monitor profitability)
- Efficiencies in business (org structure, goal setting and planning)
Facilitated by Mona Cullen and Jenny Gaskell, our LeadHERship workshop is a one day workshop which runs from 9am-3pm on Wednesday the 23rd of July with morning tea & lunch provided!
