Empowering Women With Financial Knowledge to break down the numbers and the barriers!   Our Financial Foundations Workshop: Women’s Edition is designed for women who are looking to develop their financial skills, become better business owners and meet like-minded women with the same objectives/challenges!  The workshop allows you to take time out from the day-to-day activities IN the business to focus ON your business.   What it's all about: Accounting 101 (software + including understanding financial reporting) Understanding of tax How to manage Cashflow KPIs, targets and margins (how you use reporting to monitor profitability) Efficiencies in business (org structure, goal setting and planning) Details: Facilitated by Mona Cullen and Jenny Gaskell, our Financial Foundations Workshop is a one-day workshop which runs from 9am-3pm on Thursday, the 17th of July, with morning tea & lunch provided!
