Olivia is our fantastic Client Services Administrator! She is originally from England, having worked in Insolvency.
After finishing a seven-year stint in England, Olivia made her triumphant return last year, bringing back her (now) husband in tow! Despite her British nationality, Olivia is thrilled to be back in New Zealand.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her husband, and hitting the pubs (like a true Brit of course!)
We are pumped to have Olivia on our team. She truly is the Lifeblood of the team!

An avid traveler, she’s spent time living in Taiwan, China and England. She’s also a proud mom of two kids and two furry companions.

Jocelyn is a Senior Advisor at MHCo, bringing over 40 years of Chartered Accountancy experience to our clients. With her extensive background, including her role as Principal at Connect2 Chartered Accountants in Tauranga since 2002, she has a real knack for understanding the ins and outs of rural and small-to-medium businesses across New Zealand.
Jocelyn’s not just about the numbers; she’s passionate about building strong client relationships and providing practical, down-to-earth advice. Her expertise spans a wide range of industries, ensuring clients are in good hands.
When she’s not helping businesses thrive, Jocelyn enjoys getting out into nature, whether it’s fishing for trout or tending to her avocado orchard with her husband, Peter. She has a real passion for the outdoors.

Tash is a true country girl at heart, even after her move from the Awhitu Peninsula to Tauranga a few years back. As a qualified Accounting Technician, she brings a practical and down-to-earth approach to her work.
Tash loves living an active lifestyle in the Bay with her husband, Bryce, and their two daughters. If they’re not out mountain biking, you’ll likely find them catching waves surfing, exploring the bush on a hike, or soaking up the sun in the Coromandel.
Her energetic spirit and love for the outdoors shine through in everything she does, and she’s always ready with a friendly smile.

Gordon is a valued member of the MHCo team, bringing his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Auckland, earned in 2022. He’s also expanded his expertise with certifications in MYOB Essentials and Xero.
You’ll find Gordon is keen to put his knowledge to good use and is always eager to learn and grow within the MHCo family.
When he’s not crunching numbers, Gordon’s a big sports fan, especially when it comes to football and cricket. He loves keeping up with the latest matches and stats.

His experience over the last 12 years has ranged from SME business advisory to corporate level accounting, so he has a wealth of knowledge to call upon.

We consider his technical ability a pretty big strength and his casual but professional approach means he is able to portray typically boring accounting jargon in a way that business owners understand and from this he helps them formulate plans for the future.

Rory is a Fully Qualified CA with over 10 years experience, he’s worked with a wide range of people over the years and really enjoys creating that personal relationship we believe you should have with your trusted advisors.
As smart as he is tall; he‘s a relaxed, patient and friendly guy to come in and chat with. Rory has a keen interest in technology so is happy to help with your IT problems or decision making. He has two BFG’s in training which keep him busy but in the downtime he enjoys most sports; especially Football (the one where you only kick it with your foot).

Katrina (or Kat) is the Practice Manager at MHCo. With her high energy and laser-like focus, she’s the secret ingredient that keeps our ship sailing!
Kat brings her A-game to help the team manage their workflow and ensures those sneaky tax returns don’t miss their deadline. You can find her at the desk, decorated in all things pink. After work, she might be out exploring the latest foodie hotspots with friends and family, or charming her colleagues into a drink for happy hour!

Katherine is our wonderful Client Services Administrator.
Hamilton born and bred, Katherine’s first job out of school was flight attending for Qantas! After becoming a mum (she now has 2 children aged 5 & 9 and a stepson aged 5), she was busy studying, working a few part time jobs, and even had her own small home business making dried flower arrangements – all while being a stay-at-home mum! In her spare time, Katherine can’t stay away from an adventure – whether that’s going on hikes or finding waterholes with her family, Katherine will be there!

Daniel is a Client Manager and is busy studying towards his Chartered Accountant qualification (he’s nearly there!) On top of this, he also works as part of our GST team.
We first met Daniel when he joined us as a summer intern before returning back to university to complete his accounting degree. He even got accepted in a graduate program at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.. but just like a boomerang, he couldn’t help but bounce back to us!
In his spare time, Daniel can be found playing golf, working out at the gym, and spending time with his mates.
Make sure you say hi when you come into the office next (hint: he’s the other tall one!).

Taylor is our vibrant Client Manager, who is always willing to take the extra leap to help clients! On top if this, Taylor is a mother to 2 children – what a superwoman!
You’ll easily spot Taylor in the office – she’s the one dressed in bright colours!

Lisa is one of our awesome Client Managers and brings a wealth of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
With over 20 years of accounting experience in the Waikato, Lisa has worked close to the beach in Raglan, and right here in the heart of Hamilton City!
Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her horses and family. Between the horses and her three kids (aged 16, 14, 9), she’s always kept on her toes!

Wendy plays the role of admin support, grandmother and all round great gal! Wendy’s main role here at MHCo is admin support and she does everything from booking meetings with clients to requesting data for year end financial statements.
She has a wealth of admin experience to call on and loves being efficient and professional. Outside of work her grandchildren take priority, but when shes not hanging out with them she loves to clean, drink fine wine and pamper her puppy, Braya!

Kanj is a Chartered Accountant and one of our Client Managers. Passionate about investing and personal finance, Kanj has spent the last four years as an auditor here in Hamilton and has a wide range of experience across various industries.
He graduated with his conjoint degree at Waikato University in four years, when most would typically take six, and then went on to get his Chartered Accountancy.
In his spare time, he’s a keen squash player and loves to travel and see new places. Most recently, visiting Japan.
